   يُسمح بمعاينة الطلب فقط بحضور مندوب الشحن.
   
2. 
   يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.
   
3. 
   بالنسبة لطلبات المحافظات، يتم تحويل 50% من قيمة الطلب مقدمًا لتأكيد الطلب.
