سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

1. يُسمح بمعاينة الطلب فقط بحضور مندوب الشحن.

2. يُسمح بالاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الطلب.

3. بالنسبة لطلبات المحافظات، يتم تحويل 50% من قيمة الطلب مقدمًا لتأكيد الطلب.

  Exchange & Return Policy

  1. Order inspection is allowed only in the presence of the courier.

  2. Exchange or return requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  3. For orders shipped outside Cairo, 50% of the order value must be paid in advance to confirm the order.
